During my time in this course, I was educated on many terms and processes such as memory, personality and many psychological disorders as well as learning mechanisms and social aspects of psychology in society.

Life-Span Development provided a look at major developmental stages, ranging from birth to death. With Introduction to Psychology as a prerequisite, I was familiarized on the psychological developments over the life span including cognitive processes such as memory and language along with the physical aspects of development. Included in those lessons was information and research on psychosocial aspects of development, as well as the history on different theories put forward by professionals such as Sigmund Freud and Eric Erikson.

Introduction to Sociology is a foundational course that explores the fundamental concepts, theories, and methods used in the study of society. Through a combination of lectures, readings, discussions, and multimedia presentations, I gained insight into the intricate dynamics of social life, institutions, and relationships. Exploring key themes such as social theory, research methodologies, and cultural dynamics, the curriculum emphasizes critical analysis of gender, sexuality, class, and racial disparities within society.
